Holland Bamboo attraction is located in Lacovia, St Elizabeth. The avenue is 4 kilometers long roadway with bamboos growing on both sides of the road creating a breathtaking canopy overhead. Holland bamboo is a popular tourist attraction in Jamaica and one of the most photographed sites. Planted by the Holland estate owners in the 17th century the intention to provide shade for the plantation slaves.
