Long story short! My first encounter with fly Ja. Was last year and it is my first and last. I purchased 3 tickets from July, their aircraft crashed and the flights were booked for the 19th of December. I found out there wasnt going to be any flight when i called 1 week before departure date rewuesting wheelchairs. Now that is just awful! They lack correspondence and i was told i would get my money back 6-8 weeks and all now the endong of Feb. When i call they still giving excuses. I was just supporting Ja. But honestly fly ja no ready for the road yet. Kevin Williams
